Mothers and their teen daughters are invited to a very special segment of our After Supper Seminar Series led by Dr. Dori Kasparek.
Consider: Nearly half of all highschoolers report having had intercourse. One in four of those students are infected with an STD. Three in ten teenagers will become pregnant before age 20.
As mothers, we want to arm our daughters with good information. We want them to have the facts as they face some of the toughest decisions they'll make in these teen years.
The Sky's the Limit - topics can include PMS, eating disorders, STDs, pain with tampon usage, even MySpace. Your daughter will appreciate Dr. Dori's frank style, and you'll be comfortable knowing she's getting the real scoop.

CPR Classes - American Heart Association HeartSaver CPR Course - Includes infant, child and adult CPR and AED demonstration. Workbook, certificate and face shield. Class is opened to students between the ages of 11 and 111! Fee-$50.00. Preregistration required: 678.474.8200.

CPR Classes - for healthcare providers - AHA Recertification for Healthcare Providers. Fee-$50.00. Registration required.

Childbirth Preparation Class
4 week series, begins April 3

Meets once a week on Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Breastfeeding Class

How to get a great start at breastfeeding, benefits and myths of breastfeeding, overcoming obstacles, anatomy and physiology, nutrition, medications during lactation and breast pumps. Fee - $50.00 Registration required.
